These guys are the best! As a single female it’s hard to know who you can trust not to sell you unnecessary maintenance. I totally trust these guys! They fixed my car for half the price of the dealership and super fast! I will use them for all of my BMW needs. Super friendly service.

These guys are the real deal. Quality service done with integrity and care. I am new to the area and needed some work done on my car. I found their flier on my car and thought I'd give them a try. I am so happy I did. I have been back for a major repair, 100K tune up, and a minor repair. Every time I take my care there I actually leave happy and satisfied. Can't recommend them enough!

My experience with Southwest autowerks was terrific. The whole staff was great to work with. I really liked the way they communicated about issues with the car and answered all questions I had!!! Also thought the way they send the quotes is awesome because you can review everything that has been done and all parts used .!!!!! I will be dealing with them again. Quick , friendly awesome experience. Thank you guys.

If you’re a bmw enthusiast, this is the ONLY place in DFW to bring your car. I dropped my ‘00 540i for an alignment. I’d been chasing vibration issues for nearly 6 months. My car was ready same day and is now vibration free. Super professional and very obviously dedicated to the brand and it’s owners. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I am new to TX and needed service on my BMW. I found these guys and I am so grateful I did!!! The most HONEST, knowledgeable and amazing shop I have ever been to! Being female, I hate getting my car serviced and always feel like shops try to take advantage and assume I know nothing about it. This does not happen at Southwest Autowerks! I went in for brake pads and turns out it was only a sensor. Raphael was quick to tell me the truth/great news, when most shops would have charged me for both and only replaced the sensor. From getting a quote to completion, the customer service is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough great things about Joseph and Raphael!

Great customer service from the moment I walked through the door until the point that my car was finished. The technicians were very knowledgeable and communicated all the issues with my vehicle in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to this shop for any other issues I have with my vehicle

Southwest Autowerks has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen from a business. Not only do they do everything they can to make sure that your car is running at its best, but also they make sure you are taken care of. While they had my car they drove me around wherever I needed to go since I was without a car and they delivered my car to my house once it was done! I was absolutely shocked and blessed that I have found a home for my car service. They truly do not strive to make money, instead they make it a priority to take care of you and make sure you are driving in a safe car. I will never go anywhere again with my 1998 Z3 BMW. These guys treat you like family and I could not be more grateful. They are a hidden gem and I slightly don't want to share them since I know once they become known of that they will be a hot commodity. Although, it would be much deserved. Thank you to the entire staff!
